About This Conference
The International Conference on Power Electronics Systems and
Applications (PESA) has been organized by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) since 2004.
The conference was initiated and led by Prof. Eric Cheng, who served as
Conference Chair for ten consecutive editions until his departure from the PolyU
in 2024. Following this transition, PESA has evolved from a local event into an
international conference. 2026 11th International Conference on Power Electronics Systems and Applications (PESA) will be held in Singapore on November
13–15, 2026. Starting from this edition, the conference will broaden its
scope to include a wider range of topics in power engineering. PESA aims to
provide an inclusive platform for technological and knowledge exchange, engaging
professionals, researchers, and students from diverse backgrounds. We strongly
advocate for the transition toward clean energy and view academic conferences as
vital platforms for bridging the gap between industry and education. Such
gatherings foster the exchange of insights, innovations, and perspectives
essential to advancing next-generation technologies in this transformative era.
We extend our warmest welcome to all delegates and participants of
PESA 2026 and are confident that your contributions and shared experiences will
bring lasting benefits to both the Asia-Pacific region and the global community.

About Paper Submission
Digest Submission
Prospective authors who don't have publication intention are invited to submit a digest prepared according to the
layout requirements provided in the templates.
- The digest must not exceed 3 pages, including the title, author information, figures, and references.
- The digest should clearly describe the problem addressed, the key results, and the contribution relative to existing work.
Full Paper Submission
Prospective authors who would like to publish the paper are invited to submit original, unpublished work.
Please follow the instructions below carefully.
- Full papers must be prepared using the conference paper format template.
- Papers should have no less than 4 pages (including title, authors and affiliations, figures, and references).
**Prize awards will be presented during the conference banquet.
